Position: Marketing Manager
Status:  Full-time Employee


  • Analyze and develop financial and marketing strategies to achieve optimum market coverage and product offerings for increased revenues with emphasis on cost/benefit analysis
  • Cultivate and support new and existing business relationships by scheduling introductory meetings, preparing and performing market and financial analysis, assisting in financing and preparing condo/coop board packages
  • Develop and formulate companyís annual financial plan, advertising budgets and other corporate strategic initiatives with financial forecasts
  • Review, analyze and evaluate business and marketing trends in New York City residential real estate market to determine business priorities
  • Research, review and analyze market/business conditions to determine business strategies for enhancing promotional efforts, marketing initiatives and target industries
  • Analyze and evaluate demand for services offered by the company and its competitors and identify potential customers
  • Develop pricing and financial strategies with the goal of maximizing the firmís profits or share of the market while ensuring the firmís customers satisfaction
  • Establish and develop product development and monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services.


  • Undergraduate degree required. Advanced (MBA) degree in business preferred
  • Real estate experience required or significant work experience in banking (or related), accounting, consulting, real estate development/financing or international marketing
  • Strong interpersonal skills and sales experience
  • Excellent valuation, due diligence and real estate financial analysis and modeling skills
  • Familiarity with leases and contracts, excellent writing ability and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Advanced PC skills required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Adobe Photo Shop)
  • Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets and databases
